A proposed future townhouse development backing onto Otter Creek. Build Ontario has been retained for coordination of all Supporting Land Studies as required for submittal of an Official Plan Amendment to redesignate Open Space for Residential Use within the County of Oxford.

Eden Developments is a future 36-lot subdivision, located in the Municipality of Bayham, County of Elgin. Build Ontario has been retained for the Project Construction Management and Coordination of development of raw land, from land investigation and planning approvals, through to completion of municipal servicing, Final Plan Registration, and commencement of the sale of lots.
Although it may take 2-3 years for draft plan / final plan, we should be able to start grubbing and pre-grading whenever, as it doesn’t require approvals.
